Christmas Spirit in Manchester

Christmas preparations in MCR are relatively special; the city has this super duper christmas market at Albert Square which is considered one of the biggest in Europe. There are also other 7 christmas markets in the city but not of the same value if you will.

My friends and I have been to some of the markets and to be honest sometimes I felt like taking pictures and other times I felt too crowded and too cold to get my camera out..Despite the weather, the stalls were very busy and it was a great opportunity for us to get our hands on handmade products which are becoming rare these days.

Anyway, the pictures below were taken in 2 locations in 2 different conditions (not so strange) The upper ones were taken in Albert Square on a VERRRYY cold night and the lower ones were taken in New Cathedral Street (one of my favourite streets in MCR, I mean Selfridges is there ;) on a cheerful sunny morning.

Happy holidays!
